Are you a 21+ only arcade bar?

Under 21 is permitted with parent/guardian over 21 until 7pm daily, and *must* be supervised by parent/guardian at all times during your visit. We will be 21+ after 7pm. Our security team ID's everyone that steps through our doors. The following are acceptable forms of identification in the state of Arizona.
  • Any US State / Territory, District of Columbia or Canadian Drivers License or Non-Operating ID*
  • Any valid recognized Passport Card
  • Military ID
  • Resident Alien Card
  • All ID’s must be valid, unexpired, unaltered, and must contain a photo

*Under 21 AZ DL or ID Cards (Vertical) is only valid and acceptable for 30 days after an individual turns 21.

Do I need an ID to enter if I'm over 21 and don't plan to drink?

Anyone 21 years or older MUST present a valid ID to be scanned in order to enter the arcade. Regardless of whether or not the individual plans to drink we require an ID at the door.

Do you offer reservations for large parties or events?

We love having parties and events at Level 1! We offer reservations and group events at our location, depending on the size of the group we have different options to choose from. We are unable to host any parties for someone under 21 years of age. If you are interested in an event or party, please email our General Manager Kyle for more information.

How much do the games cost to play?

All our games take quarters or tokens. We have two token machines in the arcade that you can purchase tokens from. Each pinball machine takes 4 tokens and the arcade machines take 1 token to play.

Is there a cover charge?

No, entrance to Level 1 is always free.

Is there an ATM on site?

Yes, there is an ATM at our location.

Do you have Happy Hour?

You bet, our Happy Hour is Monday - Friday from 3pm - 7pm. We also have Daily Specials which are listed in the main menu above.

Do you offer free tokens?

We run many specials throughout the week that we give free tokens with. Be sure to check out our Daily Specials section to learn more.

Do you have on-site parking?

We have 2 reserved spots in front of the building for customers to use along with a free parking garage located right next to the building.

The machine ate my token, can I get a free replacement?

Even though we restore our machines and regularly maintain them, sometimes tokens can get stuck or eaten. Please don’t take it out on the games by hitting or kicking it, simply let a staff member know and they will take care of you.

A machine malfunctioned or stopped working while I was playing, what should I do?

Even though we regularly check every machine to make sure they are operating perfectly, things can happen with 30+ year old games in between our service checks. If you experience a malfunction or the game stops working properly, PLEASE let a staff member know while you are there so we can fix it right away. We will provide you some free tokens for the trouble as well.

Do you have redemption or claw machines at the arcade?

Unfortunately we don't have any redemption or claw machines.
